Just behind the property is Funakoshi 7-chome Park, and the pleasant sea breeze along Nagaura Bay is perfect for walks. The neighborhood is safe and secure with Taura Animal Hospital (15 minute walk) and Dog Salon JOY (19 minute walk) nearby. The nearest convenience store (FamilyMart) is a 2 minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants. Access to the city center is also good, with Yokohama Station about 34 minutes away and Shinagawa Station about 53 minutes away by express train, making it highly likely you can commute while seated. Small animals other than dogs and cats are also welcome (species to be discussed). Animal lovers can also move in without pets (you can move in at a lower cost). We are currently preparing for a full renovation in May, so the photos shown are from before the pet-friendly renovations. However, if you wish to move in sooner, please contact us and we will prioritize the installation of the necessary facilities. We will provide pet-friendly tile carpeting, wall-mounted cat walks, and individual pet cages.
