About Shippo Terrace Yokosuka

Equipped with a heated shower for pets! There is a garden with an artificial wood terrace where you can play with your pets. You can choose from a dog-priority private room with direct access to the terrace, or a cat-priority private room with a cat tower and window fence. Just behind the property is Funakoshi 7-chome Park, and the pleasant sea breeze along Nagaura Bay is perfect for walks. The neighborhood is safe and secure with Taura Animal Hospital (15 minute walk) and Dog Salon JOY (19 minute walk) nearby. The nearest convenience store (FamilyMart) is a 2 minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants. Access to the city center is also good, with Yokohama Station about 34 minutes away and Shinagawa Station about 53 minutes away by express train, making it highly likely you can commute while seated. Small animals other than dogs and cats are also welcome (species to be discussed). Animal lovers can also move in without pets (at a lower cost). We are currently preparing for a pet-friendly renovation in May, so we have posted photos of the property before the renovation and images of the property after the renovation is complete. If you wish to move in sooner, please contact us and we will prioritize preparing the facilities for you.
