Funakoshi 7-chome Park is right behind the property, and the pleasant sea breeze along Nagaura Bay is perfect for walks. The neighborhood is safe and secure, with Taura Animal Hospital (15-minute walk) and Dog Salon JOY (19-minute walk) nearby. The nearest convenience store (FamilyMart) is a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants. Access to the city center is also good, with Yokohama Station about 34 minutes away and Shinagawa Station about 53 minutes away by express train, making it highly likely you can commute while seated. You won't need to buy large furniture or pet supplies, allowing you to start your new life smoothly with minimal luggage. Small animals other than dogs and cats are also welcome (species to be discussed). Animal lovers are welcome to move in without pets (you can move in at a lower cost).
