The nearby Hirakata-shi Station is a limited express stop on the Keihan Main Line, located right in the middle of Osaka and Kyoto. The owner is "green Architectural Studio," a renovation company in Hirakata City. We want to create a "place" where people naturally want to gather, just as people naturally gather under a large tree. We believe that joy, sorrow, anger, and compassion are nurtured when people connect with each other. In this age of abundance, we want to cherish spiritual richness rather than material wealth. By creating spaces where "connections between people" are born, we want to create the culture and new values necessary for the coming era. sumica+ is a home where you can live comfortably and peacefully. But it's not just about living. We aim for a life that has something extra for each resident. The garage can be used as an atelier, the large garden can be used for vegetable gardening or sunbathing, and the backyard can be an outdoor living space. A space with room for flexibility that you can't experience in a one-room apartment, and you can make it your own. It's a highly flexible share house. Through events, interactions, learning, play, and various other activities, we want to support you in growing even a little bit more positively by the day you move out. With this in mind, we have created this large tree called "sumica+ Hirakata."

The common area maintenance fee includes electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, regular cleaning, and fixtures. A cleaning fee of ¥15,000 is charged upon vacating the property (this will be reduced by ¥5,000 if you clean the areas you used before vacating). A surcharge equivalent to one month's rent will be applied if you vacate within four months.
