Across the bridge is Moriyama City, and further west are majestic mountain ranges, offering spectacular sunset views. The share house is based on a former owner's room on the top floor of a reinforced concrete apartment building. Renovated in December 2024, it has been reborn as a luxurious space designed for ultimate comfort. Taking the elevator to the top floor, the view from the deep balcony is magnificent. The spacious living room can be used as a co-working space for both work and relaxation, and with sunken seating and tables, it's comfortable even for multiple people. All private rooms are 6 tatami mats or larger and have private balconies, allowing you to fully enjoy your alone time. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and shopping malls are all within walking distance, and the reinforced concrete construction provides peace of mind against earthquakes.
